Xu Xiaoliang

Mr. Xu Xiaoliang is the Chairman of the Group and the Chairman of Club Med Holding, responsible for providing opinions on major operational and management matters of the Group.

Mr. Xu is currently the executive director and co CEO of Fosun International Limited ("Fosun International"), a controlling shareholder of our company, whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 00656), and a non-executive director of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Fosun Pharmaceutical", whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2196) and Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600196) Director of Hainan Mining Co., Ltd. (stock code: 601969), a listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, director of Yu Garden Tourism Mall (Group) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600655), a listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, director of Shanghai Fuyu Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (delisted from the NEEQ in April 2021) Director and General Manager of Shanghai Fosun High tech (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Fosun High tech"), Director of Shanghai Qijin Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Director of Hainan Atlantis Business Travel Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Xu has served as a non-executive director and vice chairman of Zhaojin Industry Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01818), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as a director of Shanghai Ceyuan Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd. (delisted from the New Third Board in December 2020). Mr. Xu is currently a representative of the 15th Shanghai People's Congress, president of the Shanghai International Fashion Federation, and co president of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce Industry and City Development Federation in Shanghai. Mr. Xu was awarded the "Shanghai May Fourth Youth Medal" and was named one of the "Top Ten Young Economic Figures in Shanghai".

Mr. Xu obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from East China Normal University in 2002 and an Advanced Master's degree in Business Administration from Fudan University in 2019.
