Company History:
The birth of Fosun Travel Culture began with Fosun's globalization strategy since its listing in Hong Kong in 2007. Based on Fosun's strategy of "China Power Grafting Global Resources", Fosun Tourism and Culture seizes the market opportunity of transforming from "sightseeing tourism" to "vacation tourism", integrates high-quality global resources, and creates international and high-quality tourism and vacation products to meet the increasing demand for domestic tourism consumption.
In 2009, Fosun established its Business Division, the predecessor of Fosun Travel and Culture, focusing on the tourism and commercial fields, targeting the huge blue ocean market of leisure and vacation in China.
In 2010, Fosun made its first investment in the world's largest leisure resort group, Club Med in France, and helped it open its first resort in China, Club Med Yabuli Resort, within six months.
In 2014, Fosun invested billions in the construction of Sanya Atlantis.
In 2015, Fosun completed the complete privatization of Club Med, accelerating the brand's expansion in China.

In 2018, Fosun Tourism officially went public in Hong Kong, embarking on a new journey to promote the upgrading and high-quality development of China's tourism and vacation industry.
In 2018, Sanya Atlantis officially opened, bringing together eight business types including hotel, water world, aquarium, international exhibition, catering, entertainment, shopping, and performing arts, and is known as the benchmark project of Sanya Tourism 3.0.
In 2018, Club Med opened its first Mediterranean Neighborhood Resort. Mediterranean Neighborhood is a new product line designed by Club Med specifically for Chinese consumers, targeting the demand for short distance suburban tours.
In 2019, with the successful introduction and implementation experience of world-class IPs such as Atlantis Sanya and Club Med, Fosun Tourism launched the construction of two one-stop tourism and vacation complexes - Taicang Alpine International Resort and Lijiang Mediterranean International Resort. The Taicang project is themed around the Alps, integrating multiple experiences such as indoor skiing, outdoor activities, food, shopping, and leisure. The Lijiang project is located at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain and next to Baisha Ancient Town. It fully utilizes the local natural advantages and combines diverse experiences such as culture, study, shopping, and leisure to create a high-quality travel and vacation experience.
In 2021, Atlantis Sanya successfully challenged the "largest scale underwater mermaid show", with 110 professional mermaid performers completing a hundred fish swim together, successfully breaking the Guinness World Record.
In 2022, Club Med officially released its Chinese name "Mediterranean Club", further accelerating its localization layout for the Chinese market.
In 2023, Club Med opened its first Mediterranean Day Ark resort. The White Day Ark aims to provide urban residents with an exquisite vacation away from busy daily life. As a "vibrant ark in a corner of the city", it customizes vacation experiences within the radius of daily life for consumers. This is a new product line created by Club Med for the Chinese market, following the Mediterranean Neighborhood.
In the same year, Taicang Alps International Resort officially opened. The resort is located in Taicang City, Suzhou, adjacent to Taicang South Station and Jiading District in Shanghai, only an hour's drive from downtown Shanghai. As a multicultural international high-end lifestyle resort complex, the resort has four themed experience areas: Alpine Snow World · Ski Resort, Alpine Snow World · Ice and Snow Park, Club Med Mediterranean White Ark · Taicang Resort, and Alpine Time Realm.

Club Med Mediterranean Club
Club Med Mediterranean Club was founded by G é rard Blitz in 1950, pioneering a new vacation concept of "exquisite all inclusive" and establishing Mini Club in 1967, becoming the first resort brand to provide child care services. Mediterranean Club operates in over 40 countries and regions, running 68 "exquisite all inclusive" and Exclusive Collection resorts, providing guests from around the world with worry free vacation experiences.

Sanya Atlantis
Sanya Atlantis, built with an investment of over 10 billion yuan by Fosun and managed by Kezner International, is a marine themed resort. The project is located in Haitang Bay, Sanya City, Hainan Province, covering an area of 540000 square meters. It boasts 1314 panoramic sea view rooms and underwater suites, a 200000 square meter Atlantis Water World and Dolphin Island, a lost space aquarium with a total seawater volume of 17500 tons, a C-show theater that can accommodate 1800 spectators for performances, as well as a professionally equipped marine mammal hospital and sea lion amusement park. Sanya Atlantis, which integrates eight business types including hotel, water world, aquarium, international exhibition, catering, entertainment, shopping and performing arts, has not only been rated as the national preferred tourism project by the National Tourism Administration of China, but also has won many industry awards.
Taicang Alps International Resort
Taicang Alps International Resort is located in Taicang City, Suzhou, covering an area of 1 square kilometer with a total construction area of approximately 1.3 million square meters. It is a multicultural international high-end living and vacation complex created by Fosun Tourism Culture Group specifically for the avant-garde group, integrating ice and snow sports, cultural performances, music and cuisine, experiential new retail, and parent-child space. The resort has four themed experience areas: Alpine Snow World Ski Resort, Alpine Snow World Ice and Snow Park, Club Med Mediterranean Day Ark Taicang Resort, and Alpine Time Realm.
Lijiang Mediterranean International Resort
Lijiang Mediterranean International Resort is located in Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, with Baisha Ancient Town to the south and Yulong Snow Mountain to the north. It preserves the ecological landscape of grasslands, streams, trees, and covers an area of nearly 1300 acres. It is a one-stop international quality comprehensive travel and vacation destination that integrates five major areas: living, vacation accommodation, art and culture, natural leisure, and education and research. Combining the natural endowment of Lijiang and relying on the global ecological resources of Fosun Tourism and Culture, the project strives to create a natural pastoral themed Naxi Manor, a cultural and artistic rich Lumei Town, a leading education and study camp in China, an internationally renowned Club Med Lijiang Resort, and a rich product line of Lijiang Abinong Tang'an Wine. In 2024, the resort will newly build the Amize Snow Mountain Campsite, becoming one of the benchmark wild luxury campsites in Yunnan. It includes three parts: Shenshu, Namei Lake, and Linjian, with two major ecological lakes, 10000 square meters of grassland, and century old trees and spruce forests.
