ESG Governance Structure
The Board is the highest responsible organization for the ESG governance, which plays a major leadership and supervision role in the ESG governance. The Group has established a top-down three-level ESG governance structure, which consists of the Board, the ESG Committee and the ESG Working Group.

  • · Assist the Board to deal with ESG-related work and report to the Board
  • · Review, formulate and approve the Group's ESG vision, goals and strategies

  • · Identify relevant issues that have a significant impact on the operation of the Group and/or the rights and interests of important stakeholders

  • · Fully implement the Group's ESG strategy and related actions

To enhance the transparency, we implement an annual review on the adequacy and effectiveness of our ESG policies, which consolidates the ESG governance by aligning with the needs of stakeholders and the latest regulatory requirements.
